Terms & Conditions

By booking travel through Elevated Travel Concierge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. General Terms

Elevated Travel operates as an independent travel agency affiliated with Fora, our host agency. Through this partnership, we have access to Fora’s secure booking portal for processing payments and making bookings. All bookings, payments, and related transactions will be handled by Elevated Travel through this secure system. Elevated Travel, while independent, is fully compliant with industry standards and operates under the umbrella of Fora’s network of trusted travel suppliers.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for all travel services will be processed by Elevated Travel through Fora’s secure booking platform. Depending on the nature of your trip, we may require a deposit or full payment in advance. You will be informed of any payment requirements upon booking. 

 

3. Booking Process

Once you’ve confirmed your travel preferences, Elevated Travel will make all necessary bookings on your behalf using the secure Fora booking portal. This will ensure that you receive the best available rates, exclusive perks, and personalized services tailored to your needs. Elevated Travel will also manage any updates or adjustments to your travel arrangements, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing by the client and are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service providers. Elevated Travel will assist clients in navigating the cancellation policies for flights, hotels, or other travel services, but any applicable fees or refunds will be subject to the specific provider’s policy. We will not be responsible for any cancellation fees imposed by third-party vendors.

5. Changes to Bookings

If changes are required to a reservation after it has been made, the client must notify Elevated Travel as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and the policies of the service providers. Elevated Travel will work on behalf of the client to modify bookings, but any changes may incur additional charges depending on the policies of the vendors involved.

 

6. Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. While Elevated Travel can provide recommendations, the decision to purchase insurance remains with the client. Please note that any insurance purchases will also be processed via Fora’s platform.

 

7. Liability and Responsibility

Elevated Travel will not be held liable for any changes, cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by third-party providers. Our role is to act as a liaison between you and the suppliers, ensuring your travel plans go smoothly. We work with trusted partners and make every effort to avoid any issues, but external circumstances can impact your travel experience.

 

8. Privacy and Data Security

Elevated Travel respects your privacy. All personal information provided during the booking process will be handled securely through Fora’s systems. Your data will only be shared with relevant travel suppliers or as necessary for booking and customer service purposes. We will never sell or share your personal data without your consent. 

 

9. Travel Documentation

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have all necessary travel documentation, including valid passports, visas, and vaccinations (if required). Elevated Travel can provide guidance but is not responsible for ensuring that the client meets all entry requirements for their destination. 

 

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding their travel preferences, personal details, and any special requirements. Elevated Travel is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

11. Modifications to Terms

Elevated Travel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to future bookings.

 

By booking through Elevated Travel, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that all transactions and bookings will be processed through Fora’s secure booking portal, ensuring a streamlined and professional travel planning experience.
